    As a complete beginner, this workout is challenging but varied and interesting. Two weeks in, I already can feel improvements in my endurance. I am looking forward to completing this block and moving on to the running speed work. Thank you Steve!

    I can’t recommend this program highly enough. Steve has laid out a plan that works you very hard, but with just the right amount of recovery so you don’t end up overtrained. I can promise you that if you do the work you’ll end the eight weeks with significant improvement in your fitness. I have since moved on to the Specific Prep plan and will be using Steve’s programs as the basis of my annual training plan going forward. Scott L, California USA.
